PREP CENTRE TERMS OF SERVICE
DELIVERY TIMES
We are open and in the warehouse 9-6 Monday-Saturday. We advise you to take this into account when ordering your products to us. If you book the saver slots for a supermarket delivery at 9pm for example, there will be no one to receive it, supermarkets will not leave orders unattended and they will not automatically try the next day like other couriers. Amazon deliveries can also be fairly late in the evening so please take note of that and add delivery hours of our business to your Amazon account when ordering. If a delivery does fail please contact us personally and we may be able to assist.
SUPERMARKET DELIVERIES
Supermarket deliveries (excluding Ocado) are picked from the local store where your delivery address is located. Please note that our supermarkets local to us are not the biggest and from experience we may not receive your desired order. Because of this, we ask you to make sure you are not allowing substitutions in your order. In the event a delivery arrives completely wrong or completely missing we will contact you and update your portal. We would advise you to order no more than 15 units of any single item for your best chances of it arriving complete.
INCORRECT/ PROBLEM ORDERS
As you are already aware, if your order arrives with something missing or wrong we will update your portal with an explanation of the issue.
If in the event you require us to return something on your behalf to the supplier, you will be charged the same prep fee you would be charged as if it were going to Amazon. You will be required to arrange the return delivery and provide us with the returns labels. This also applies if you require something to be returned to your home/ business address. The seller will always be liable for the cost to resolve any issues with their own inventory. This excludes items that may be broken and must be returned to supplier you will not be charged a prep fee.
Source 2 Store Ltd. is not responsible for any items marked as ‘Distributor Damaged’ that land at Amazon. Although we would like to take responsibility for this, Amazon incorrectly labels items as this. Cost for Distributor Damaged items can be reconcilied through Amazon and we can assist with this process if necessary.
STORAGE
You receive 30 days free of charge storage for your items. After 30 days have elapsed, you will be charged a per unit fee of 0.50p for items under 60cm in any dimension, and charged a per unit fee of £1.00 for items over 60cm in any dimension. This applies to all items including returns, ungates, supplier damaged etc. If you wish to store your items passed your 30 days free of charge storage this is allowed and this is not a warning not to do so. You may want to do this for any reason such as waiting for a seasonal event.
PALLETS
We do accept pallet deliveries and recommend them for cheap transportation into Amazon. However, sellers/ clients are required to ensure these are available for shipping immediately and they will not be stored (for example, no waiting for ungating). In the scenario that a pallet is not available to be sent, we will charge the seller/client the costs incurred to remove it from the warehouse back to the supplier.
DANGEROUS GOODS/ HAZMAT
If you would like us to send Dangerous Goods on your behalf this is allowed. We will purchase the non-partnered shipping on your behalf and bill you for this extra expense on that periods billing date.
DIRECT TO CUSTOMER ORDERS
Source 2 Store Ltd. does not provide services to send directly to customers.
RESPONSIBILITY/ TERMS
We will conduct quality control on all products that are shipped to our warehouse. Source 2 Store Ltd. are not responsible for any supplier errors or discrepancies prior to arrival. All clients will be notified in the event of an error on the supplier's behalf.
Source 2 Store Ltd. is not responsible for the workings of any courier ( for example we have no control of what UPS do with parcels once they have left our control)
Source 2 Store Ltd. is not responsible for the workings of any seller/ business using our service. We recommend all sellers to have the appropriate insurances to protect them against any issues that could occur with their goods.
Source 2 Store Ltd. is not responsible for products sold by sellers using the prep service. The seller is always responsible for all legal obligations in the marketplace in which it is being sold. Source 2 Store Ltd. is not involved in any way and are therefore not liable for any product/ goods shipped/ sold.
CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation of a sellers account with Source 2 Store Ltd. you will be required to remove all goods from our possession within 60 days of notifying us of the cancellation. If the products have not been removed before this date, they will be disposed of.
NON DISCLOSURE, PRIVACY & ETHICS STATEMENT
Source 2 Store Ltd. & Client both operate under non disclosure agreements and ethics policy. Source 2 Store Ltd. and the seller/ client are committed to not disclosing any internal operations on what products that are sold.
Source 2 Store Ltd. is committed to serving the client for the long term success of the relationship meaning Source 2 Store Ltd. would never do anything to risk this relationship. If in the event concerns are raised, Source 2 Store Ltd. will investigate fully however due to privacy we will never disclose confidential details of other clients in the service. Amazon is an open platform that reveals details of products, sellers and businesses which makes Amazon accessible to millions of customers and sellers around the world. The Service Provider however has all confidential systems to protect against this. Source 2 Store Ltd. recommends to all sellers/ clients if protection of products and brands are desired, Amazon provide the Brand Registry option to support sellers/ clients to protect their products from other sellers.
